Meet Our Team

Eleanor Hasse (Ph.D. Science Education) has extensive experience assisting clients to develop successful proposals for federal, state, and foundation funding opportunities including the National Science Foundation, the Department of Education, the Department of Labor, and the Department of Defense (Education Activity). She is also an experienced program evaluator with expertise in survey development and administration, interviews, classroom observation, observation of professional development, assessment development, reporting, and IRB requirements.

Pamela Lovin (B.S. Science Education) has worked in STEM education for more than 25 years. She has experience with evaluating programs meeting federal, state, and foundation funding requirements. Current evaluation projects include those funded by the National Science Foundation, the Department of Defense (Education Activity), and the Burroughs Wellcome Fund. She designs and implements program evaluations using a variety of qualitative and quantitative tools.  She is passionate about teaching STEM, leading engaging professional development,  and writing rich curriculum.
